An AI infrastructure workhorse.

Seabiscuit was founded as a white-glove software licensing and support agency. Our founder, Gabriel Jordaan, had spent years exploring machine learning and AI, and eventually developed a fascination with nerosymbolic AI's — systems that combine machine learning with explicit, inspectable logic. He was looking for the right first application when he met Equimorphic, a company building an app to 3D-scan horses for custom saddle-tree fitting, and Jordyn Borgeson, the equestrian co-founder behind the idea.

Working closely with Equimorphic, we built the foundations state-of-the-art saddle fitting requires: 3D scanning workflows and point-cloud processing algorithms, running on a general-purpose pipeline platform designed from day one to outgrow its first industry.

Today we're extending that platform into general-purpose neurosymbolic tools and abstraction layers — an ecosystem where a growing library of components integrates in a way that just works. A self-serve standard plan for developers who want to build on the Seabiscuit platform directly is on the roadmap.

Since Seabiscuit's founding, Gabriel has also accepted the role of CTO at Equimorphic, where he leads algorithm development on the very platform he designed.

Our design philosophy

Glass Box

You can see and interpret what every layer does.

Less data requirements

More symbolic bits are more bits that don't need to be trained.

We carry it through

Need a process we don't have yet? Can't figure out what that error on line 22 is? We've got you.
